一、產品簡介
I Product Introduction
在高錳酸鉀中多層板除膠渣的系統中，作為樹脂的膨松劑，用作使孔內在鉆孔后的膠渣軟化，利于后工序之高錳酸鉀把膠渣清除，使孔壁成為親水性，內不含絡合劑，廢水處理簡單。
In system of removing smear in multi-layer board by potassium permanganate, the sweller can soften the smear in hole after drilling, which is beneficial for later procedure of removing smear by potassium permanganate, so the hole wall will be hydrophilic and has no complexing agent; the treatment of sewage is simple.

每升工作液處理400-500ft2時換缸
Change bath when each litre of working solution processes 400-500ft2;
六、濃度分析
VI Analysis of Concentration
a) 量取25ml于100ml量筒中；
a) Measure 25ml and place it in a 100ml measuring cylinder;
b) 加水25ml；
b) Add 25ml water;
c) 加入8g NaOH攪拌；
c) Add 8g NaOH and mix;
d) 待靜止冷卻后讀取上層液毫升數；
d) After being still and cooling down, read the ml of upper liquid;
e) 計算：濃度%=ml×9.1
e) Calculation: concentration %=ml×9.1
七、安全防護
VII Safety Protection
使用時請佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防護衣。若藥液不慎濺及皮膚、眼睛時應用大量清水清洗，嚴重者應立即就醫診治。
When using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary..
